Close your eyes and you might be seated at a charming restaurant with a view of le due torri (The Two Towers), the traditional symbols of Bologna. Reproduce some of the epicurean delights that have come to symbolize Bologna- parmeggiano reggiano, balsamic vinegar, prosciutto, Parma ham, and mortadella and of course fresh pasta. In this special class , taught by our guest instructor, Marianna di Giansante , we will be making fresh handmade (pasta) Tortelloni filled with Ricotta and Walnut with Sage Butter Sauce,  Mortadella Mousse,  Stuffed Zucchini with Pork Braised in Tomato Sauce and for dessert , Chocolate Salami.
