Much like our popular Handmade Pasta class, we will be making pasta from scratch. This time incorporating colors ( and flavor) to make beautiful and delicious pasta from red tagliatelle ( ribbon) , the candy shaped caramelle to spinach lasagna sheets. On the menu Spanish Red Pimenton Tagliatele with Chorizo, Spinach Lasagna Bologna Style with Lamb and Mint and a dessert pasta ! Chocolate Caramelle filled with Ricotta and Mascarpone and Raspberry Coulis.
