This class will introduce you to the essentials of Thai cooking and culture, featuring popular dishes such as Summer rolls ( rice paper , lettuce, glass noodles, carrots, cucumber, thai basil, cilantro, mint and poached shrimp ) with Citrus Sweet dipping sauce. Pad Thai ( stir fried flat rice noodles, with sweet and sour tamarind chili sauce, shrimp, chicken, bean sprouts, carrots, cilantro and peanuts) Green or Red Curry with Chicken, (rich and aromatic coconut based curry using cilantro and green or red chili curry paste with peppers, Asian eggplant ) and Jasmine Rice, Mango Salad with Citrus- Sweet and Spicy dressing , (peanuts & crispy shallots, and Thai Ice Tea.
