Vegetarian food doesn’t have to be boring! In this hands-on cooking class, students will learn several culinary techniques as they prepare a veggie-forward menu packed with fall favors! Students will start off with a Roasted Veggie Summer Roll served with a Chipotle-Lime Crema that they can enjoy as soon as they’re rolled, following with a delicious dinner of Roasted Tomato and Feta Galette, Poblano and Acorn Squash Lasagna baked right in the acorn squash shells! Served with a Charred Corn and Poblano Salad, and fresh, Homemade Tortillas. A feast that even meat eaters can’t resist!
