Scones have been A Butter Life’s best-selling pastry since Jenny Belliveau opened her bakery in 2018, with flavors like Lemon Lavender, Chocolate Chip and savory varieties like Cheddar and Chive. In this hands-on class, Jenny will take you through her techniques for making these tender, flaky and flavorful pastries—perfect for breakfast, brunch or afternoon tea. You’ll learn everything from mixing and shaping your dough to baking & finishing your scones with homemade glazes & garnishes. Everyone will take home the scones they bake!
Teens aged 14 and up can register for the class accompanied by a paying adult.
