How to book a private event? - it starts with us helping you determine how much you want your guests to participate in a cooking event. It can be where guests walk in to already prepared bites and appetizers. Watch the chef demo 1 or 2 of the main dishes and some of the guests participate maybe one or two dishes. Or really have it “Top Chefed” where they get to be a chef ! Preparing and cooking the dishes on the menu with the guidance of our chef instructor. It can be full hands-on , or as little as prepping and cooking as you want.

Private events include a cooking class activity , 4-5 dishes, from starter to dessert. Event culminates to everyone sitting down to a meal .

MON-THUR Minimum to book $950 up to 10 people , then $85/ person thereafter
FRI-SUNDAY Minimum to book $ 1,320 up to 12 people , then $100 / person thereafter
MON-THUR Minimum to book $1,100 up to 10 people , then $100 / person thereafter
FRI-SUNDAY Minimum to book $ 1,440 up to 12 people , then $110 / person thereafter

Dates inquired and responded through correspondence does not secure the date till deposit is paid and contract is signed.
BOOKING & CONDITIONS
Private classes run 3 hours.
A 30% deposit is required to secure the date. Email inquiries and correspondence does not confirm the date. Full payment on event date .
We have a strict cancellation policy - as a small business, our lifeblood is selling very limited number of seats at a time. Cancellation of an event less than 27 days prior event date forfeits you the deposit. We only accept cancellation notices through email ----- firstname.lastname@example.org

Banquet charge of 12% is added on the final bill of parties of 17 guests and over.
