Our chef instructor will guide you every step of the way as you mix and roll out Pâte Sucrée pastry crust, the foundation for Classic Berry & Cream Tarts with ripe summer berries and Creme Patisserie. Next you’ll make a luxurious almond cream filling for our Stone Fruit & Frangipane Tarts, an elegant dessert ideal for peak cherry & peach season.  You’ll prepare Lemon Meringue Tarts that are as beautiful as they are refreshing, filled with sweet-tart lemon curd and topped with a toasted fluffy meringue. You’ll go home with samples to share and the confidence to make these impressive and mouth-watering desserts all summer long
