Fish and seafood are known to be some of the healthiest foods available with their omega-3 fatty acids, high-quality proteins, and abundance of vitamins and minerals. But many people are not well-versed in the best ways to prepare these nutritional powerhouses. Join us to explore fish and seafood—a delicious and healthy way to treat your brain, heart… and stomach! The menu includes Fish en Papillote(poached white fish in fennel broth, red bell pepper, and new potatoes in a parchment parcel), Salmon with Ginger Soy Glaze, served with Rice Pilaf and classic Moules Marinières ( mussels with saffron, parsley, garlic, and Pernod), Shrimp Bisque.
Please remember that this class is for adults 18 and above only.
Cancelling Classes and Refunds. Due to our advanced preparation for each class and the limited number of seats, we do not offer refunds or credits for whatever reason. If you cannot make it to the class, you are more than welcome to send someone in your place.
Large groups. Please note that we cap our registration of group bookings at 6 people. While we do accommodate the registration of 6 individuals in a group, we cannot guarantee that you will be grouped or will have a group entirely by yourselves. To ensure a smooth-flowing and practical class, we divide groups evenly. We will endeavor to put your group together always if we can. If you want to book a Private Event, you can email us here.
