Start with Gougères (savory baked French cheese puffs), and segue into the traditional Boeuf à la Bourguignonne (beef stewed in Burgundy wine with garlic mashed potatoes ). Prepare an accompanying Salade de Haricots Verts aux noisette (French green beans sautéed with hazelnuts) and finish your meal with Chocolate Pots de Crème.
