SPRING ROLLS & DUMPLINGS WORKSHOP

Let’s rock and roll! Once you’ve mastered the techniques of crafting perfect rolls and dumplings, there’s no limit to the delicious bites you can create. We’ll prepare various fillings and teach you how to choose the ideal wrapper for each, from wontons to rice paper rolls to spring roll wrappers. From there we will steam, pan-fry, and bake, showing you all the skills you need to achieve dumpling perfection.
ShrimpShu-mai Dumplings ( shrimp, shiitake mushrooms, sesame oil, scallions), Pan-Fried Vegetable Gyoza ( cabbage, garlic, carrots, with Black Vinegar and Chili Sauce, Vietnamese Summer Rolls ( rice paper, shrimp, vermicelli glass noodles, lettuce, mint, cilantro) with Nuoc Cham Sauce ( fish sauce, lime juice and rice vinegar ), Philippine Lumpia Shanghai ( fried spring roll filled with ground pork, water chestnuts, carrots, rice wine, soy sauce & sesame oil) with Sweet & Sour Chili Sauce
Please remember that this class is for adults 18 and above only.
Cancelling Classes and Refunds. Due to our advanced preparation for each class and the limited number of seats, we do not offer refunds or credits for whatever reason. If you cannot make it to the class, you are more than welcome to send someone in your place.
Large groups. Please note that we cap our registration of group bookings at 6 people. While we do accommodate the registration of 6 individuals in a group, we cannot guarantee that you will be grouped or will have a group entirely by yourselves. To ensure a smooth-flowing and practical class, we divide groups evenly. We will endeavor to put your group together always if we can. If you want to book a Private Event, you can email us here.
